So are all the teachers losing it? Ms. Dane, Mr. Ford, apparently Ms. Fraser, it's awkward to see. Like walking in on your parents or something.

I guess it had to happen eventually? When you think about it it's kind of amazing they haven't cracked before now.

Yeah, but I always figured they had those kinds of fights behind closed doors.

I guess Ms. Fraser and Mr. Kierney did, at least.

Me too. But I don't think Miss Dane cares anymore.

I always thought the first year of marriage was supposed to be the best too. Like the honeymoon period.

Maybe mutants are doomed to disaster in all aspects of their lives.

If that's true then there's not really any reason to try, is there?

We need a good example to follow.

I'm done trying in that arena at least. It'd be nice to see someone make it, though.

Yeah, I think I'm ready to decide that good relationships are just a myth. I guess Cal and Artie are as good as it gets? Which is, you know, really good. They've been together forever.

I don't know, I think they're trying the best they can. That's a good enough example, even if it doesn't work out.

I guess it just seems like no matter how hard you try, it won't work out. At least around here anyway.

I guess. But it works out for a little while, at least, or they wouldn't be together in the first place. Nobody can be happy forever.

Why? If I was Lorna I'd be acting the same way.

Yeah, seriously. And after what she said to Charlie, I'm suddenly feeling nervous about being in her class this fall. Think she'll make it through the summer?

It's kind of weird that she's still teaching.

Silas or Kieran should maybe pull out their psych evaluations. Understandable or not, we should probably keep the crazy out of the classroom.

guess if there's a good time for them to have a breakdown, summer would be it. kinda funny, though. instead of going on vacation for the summer, they go nuts.

Reckon that’s a level of childhood trauma everyone would be fine with not thinking about. For you or me or anyone else If those ridiculous secrets are any hint, looks like things are going pretty well for you organizing a band. I’m real glad. You talking to me again yet?
